Here are some of the most important information that you must be aware of before you place orders:
 
- HomeLava.com sends goods to you from China. As such, you (or the consignee) are IMPORTING. It means you may be liable for import duties and other taxes. It's your responsibility to find out about this, and your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items. Dropshippers: please inform your customers about this in advance.
 
- Generally most of the couriers can not  deliver to PO box. So please offer us an street address.
 
- We strongly recommend you order samples before proceeding with large orders.
 
- Customers need to return items to China. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, non-assembled, unused, no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the corresponding customs duties on all items returned or exchanged for non-quality issues. But if the product is defective, damaged or wrong, you can return the product to us in 30 days without shipping fee and you’ll get a full refund. Please take the time to read the “30 Days Return Policy”.
 
-When the order has been delivered, please sign for the parcel first. If there's any question, please contact the customer service to solve the problem. We won't refund the cost of the product and the freight for the case that customers neither contact our customer service nor sign for the parcel if there's a problem, which leads to the return of the packages.
