Can I Make Changes to My Order?

You cannot change your order after submitting it.

You can only change your order before the order status changes to "Shipped" by contacting Hoiime Customer Service. But Custom Made Products cannot be changed once they have been made.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed.
