To return an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information as well as a signature that the package was confirmed delivered. Other carriers, such as DHL, UPS or FedEx usually charge much more for international shipping.
Once we have received your package, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days. After that, we will contact you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
