I am very satisfied with my purchase of… I am very satisfied with my purchase of a glass basin sink from Home Lava. The sink arrived in less than 2 weeks in pristine conditions via UPS. There were some issues with the sink. I emailed my concerns to customer service and received a response in 2 hours. We had some back and forth emails all done in a very timely manner trying to resolve the issues and ultimately they replaced the Vessel itself without hesitation. The replacement came within 5 days of the date it was shipped and I am completely satisficed with the product and the service I received. Perfect service and good quality with easy assembly. - This time we ordered a pendant lamp, it is a bit difficult to assemble, something can always go wrong. Pleasantly surprised! Glad I didn’t listen to other people’s reviews After I ordered my antler chandelier I came on here & read other people’s reviews in horror!! I completely regretted not checking before I handed over £200. I received an email shortly after from their customer services saying I had ordered the wrong voltage for a uk household & to give them permission to change it for me (with no charge)- this made me feel slightly at ease as I knew then it was a legit website & they must care to extent about their customers. Shortly after, my chandelier arrived. It was in perfect condition, good quality, exactly like the photo & what I expected. It was easy to assemble & put up & works perfectly. I bought a big chandelier from this… I bought a big chandelier from this company, I am pleasantly suprised by the quality of construction. One of the 15 arms was broken during shipping, and they quickly sent the replacement. It is not so easy to assemble the chandelier, I need to attach arms, hange wires and get it wired. The instruction paper was not so clear, but they sent me a video to show every step, I did it all by myself. I cannot believe how beautiful it is when I put it up. Great product and great company. Vivid colours The coloured glass shades are vivid and vibrant, exactly what I was looking for. The chrome mounting plate is quite large and you need to wear gloves when installing to avoid fingerprints. The cables are all connected together, with spare crimps should you need them - other similar lights needed more wiring than this one. After 10 minutes of untangling, it’s easy to set each cable to the required length - I went for a spiral, but you can set your own lengths. The light arrived in 3 parcels. The base and bulbs in one box, 6 shades in another and 8 in the third. 2 boxes arrived after about 2 weeks, the third a week later. Tracking was provided for each and customer service was great. They emailed the check the colours required, to update on shipping, and to check everything was ok.
